Becoming a member
How do I become a member? 
To become a member, simply press the "Get Started" tab above, select the plan that works for you, and enter your name and the email address you wish to be associated with your Jewish eCards & More account.  The email address you choose will be seen by the recipients of the cards you send.  Next, you will need to choose a password.  Press the "sign up" button after entering your information.  You will then be taken to the next page where you will enter your credit card information.  The sign up process takes less than five minutes!

How many people can use the same account? 
If several family members or business colleagues share an email account, they may also share a Jewish eCards & More plan by entering their shared email address when signing up for their account.  Only one email address can be associated with an account.  If you are sharing your account with a family member, use a shared email address; if you are a business, use a general email account for your business if multiple employees will be sending cards from one account.

What are the different types of Memberships available?

6 Month Personal Plan:  If you need to send out a batch of eCards for a certain event or season, a short term membership might be the right one for youFor just $ 10, you can send eCards and access our downloads for six months.  After the membership has expired it will renew automatically or you may cancel if the service is no longer needed.   This plan offers a low cost option to send good wishes on a special occasion or holiday to the people you care about.  If sending eCards and accessing downloads is something you want to have available year round, we recommend signing up for our 1 Year Personal Plan.

1 Year Personal Plan:  Our most popular plan.  At just $ 18 per year, a Personal Plan will meet the needs of most eCard senders.  Offering full access to every design in our collection and send-outs of up to 1,000 eCards per month plus full access to downloads, most members will find that this plan meets their needs.  Small businesses who send batches of less than 1,000 cards per month may also choose this plan.  If you need to send eCards to very large groups of people at a time, we recommend signing up for our Business Plan.

Business PlanOur Business Plan is the best choice for businesses, congregations or schools who manage mailing lists of over 12,000 or who send out batches of cards that add up to over 12,000 sends each month.  Allowing up to 12,000 send-outs per month, this is the go-to plan for Rabbis or their office administrators to send holiday greetings or event reminders to massive email lists.  This plan offers full access to every eCard and Download design in our collection, including a selection of Student Awards for schools.  Keep on top of your mailing list with this great plan for only $ 100 per year.  This plan is associated with a single email address and password.  We recommend signing up under your businesses' main email account if multiple employees will be sending out eCards from your business.  At this time, we do not offer any plans that can be used with more than one email address.

Note: In order to use services through Jewish eCards & More, you must be thirteen (13) years of age or older.  We strongly encourage parents and guardians to supervise the activity of all children under the age of eighteen (18) when using the Internet.

How do I send an eCard? 
To send an eCard,  click the eCards tab above to browse all of the eCards in our collection, or choose a category and sub-category from the list on the home page.  You will be taken to a display page of all of the cards that fit in the category you chose; for example Birthday > For Mom will display all the cards designed to wish a Mother a Happy Birthday.  The cards will be displayed at a small size in order to hasten the selection process.  When you see I card that appeals to you, click it to see it full size.  Read the outed message, then click "inside" to "open" the card.  If you want to view a different card, you may click the "back" button on your browser or click a new category and sub-category.  When you find the card you wish to send, click "Customize and Send."  The covers of the cards cannot be changed, so click the button labeled "Inside" then click inside the text area and start typing.  You may change the font, text color, and text size using the options to the right of the card.  You also have the option to add bold text, italics, or underline.  You may also change the justification by clicking your section in the box that appears to the left of the writing area while typing.  To save and proceed to the next step, follow the navigation above the card.  If you want to finish and send your card later, your draft is saved to your account: Click My eCards to finish it.
